As marketers we’ve gotta demonstrate that we care more about our people’s success than ours.
Show them things they haven’t already seen.
Teach them things they didn’t already know.
Lead them to places they didn’t believe they had in them.
Do this and you’ll be more than just another marketer. You’ll be a trusted ally...and a little bit of a rockstar.
